Dr. Christiaan Alting von Geusau is an internationally recognized expert in leadership, law, geopolitics, fundraising, and executive education with more than 30 years of experience advising and educating senior leaders around the world, including heads of state, legislators, military leaders, business executives, and nonprofit organizations. 

Dr. Alting von Geusau is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ambrose Advice, where he provides strategic advisory services and executive training to leaders navigating an increasingly complex global environment.

Previously, Dr. Alting von Geusau served for nearly two decades in the leadership of ITI Catholic University in Austria, including as President and Rector, where he successfully transformed the institution and raised tens of millions in additional philanthropic support and oversaw the building of a new university campus and separate high school campus. He also serves as President and CEO of the International Catholic Legislators Network (ICLN), since 2010 connecting and educating legislators and government officials from around the world, and is Professor of Law and Education at ITI Catholic University. Prior to serving in education, he practised law in Amsterdam and Brussels with strong operational links to the United States, where he was also born.

An accomplished international speaker and educator, Dr. Alting von Geusau has spent over 30 years educating executives and office holders in public speaking, fundraising, leadership, and international affairs.
