Executive Educator • International Speaker
Dr. Christiaan Alting von Geusau has over 35 years of experience in public speaking as a seasoned international speaker and equally as an educator. Already at a young age when entering university, he chose to receive special training in this field, and he has continued to develop both his knowledge and skills in public speaking ever since, first as a trial lawyer at international law firms in Amsterdam and Brussels, then as a professor of law and today also as a speaker at conferences and seminars around the world where he covers a broad audience of government officials, educators, business leaders and young talent.
Communication is one of a leader’s greatest strategic assets.
Every important initiative—whether securing investment, leading organizational change, motivating teams, influencing public opinion, or navigating crisis—depends on the ability to communicate effectively.
Technical expertise may earn a leadership position, but communication determines how effectively that leader inspires confidence, builds trust, and influences outcomes.
This intensive executive program combines proven communication principles with extensive practical application, personalized coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help accomplished leaders elevate their executive presence and persuasive impact.
Designed for experienced professionals rather than novice speakers, the program emphasizes real-world leadership communication that participants can immediately apply in boardrooms, executive meetings, public forums, media interviews, and high-stakes presentations.
The result is not simply greater confidence—but greater influence.
FOUNDATIONS OF
PUBLIC SPEAKING
2:00PM – 6:30PM
During the first day of the seminar, we will study and discuss the philosophy of public speaking and why it is so important to understand this to master the art of public speaking. Public speaking is not a natural gift that some have, and some don’t, but rather a skill that can be learned but must be relentlessly practiced. Even when some people will have a more natural propensity towards it than others, it is not a skill that is reserved for only a few. The day will be concluded with a first training exercise followed by evaluation.
HOW TO PREPARE
VIDEO TRAINING
9:00AM – 4:30PM (Including Lunch)
The day will start with an exposé on how to prepare and deliver a speech – supported by anecdotes and personal experience by the moderator – and followed by Q&A. Participants will then go through two training exercises in each case preparing and delivering speeches of pre-determined length, followed by evaluation of the video footage and group discussion, guaranteeing an optimal learning curve. The day is concluded with a final examination speech by all participants and a final assessment by the moderator.
ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS
WHAT HAVE WE ACHIEVED?
Online, After Six Months
After having concluded all one-on-one sessions online, during a special online group session, the moderator and participants will evaluate and discuss what course participants have learned and then implemented and what results this has brought them in their professional setting.
